Joy McMillen
Since graduating from York St John University in 2010, I taught in a range of Primary Schools in both England and Northern Ireland for 3 years. In 2013, I decided to step away from the classroom setting and tutor instead. I discovered this was my passion and since have worked with a number of different students.
Over the years, I have helped students with their Transfer Test, GCSE Maths exams and students who need an extra push to reach their potential.
I have experience of working with students who have dyslexia, including supporting them and their parents through the diagnosis and preparing an education plan to help them excel.
I thoroughly enjoy working with students of a range of abilities and ages, using their interests to help them achieve their targets and goals.
